Gemma is the global influencer strategist within The LEGO Group’s internal agency. She joined The LEGO Group in January 2019, and has been working to unite and expand influencer marketing efforts globally within the business. She is particularly interested creating opportunities that creators would be proud to be a part of, and how brands can strengthen relationships with social media content creators to become long term creative partners. This has led her down some pretty mad paths, including building an entire house from LEGO DOTS, and building the world’s first Dog Selfie Booth from LEGO Bricks. Prior to The LEGO Group, Gemma worked agency-side within MSL UK’s digital and planning teams, helping to develop their influencer marketing offer and working end-to-end on influencer campaigns for clients such as Renault, Cartier, Oral-B, Pampers, EY and Nestle.
